Mark has a new podcast up for any of you who have been enjoying it for the last, however many months, its pretty good, it has got me hooked once again, on 'The Alkaline Trio' (who I first heard when they done a cover of the misfits 'Halloween') as usual there's a few bands I have never heard of before in there 'Small Towns Burn A Lil Slower' and 'Houston Calls' which are pretty good too.
Anyways Back to The Alkaline Trio, Crimson is the perfect album to listen to when your in a state such as mine (hungover like a fox after a night of shabbiness) Dark themes, but not dark enough to make you want to kill yourself are laced throughout the album (all of there albums actually) I guess you could compare them to Good Charlotte, except Alkaline Trio doesnt suck preverbial balls, the lead singer can actually sing, and scores of try hard punk girls don't proclaim that they love them (or do they?)
Its A Grade emo-core/punk and im really enjoying it.
Also I found this set of games recently, I think Riki tried showing me it one time, but I hate emo kids so much that I probably ignored him, they're actually pretty damn good
EmoGame, NZGamer should do a Freelance section on it, although it would need a R18 tag, Steve Tyler skull fucking (literally) emo's isn't exactly safe for kids
